Responsibilities

Ownership over the team’s Salesforce (SFDC) queue, primarily supporting clients with no dedicated Technical Account Manager
Prioritize and advise on client requests, spanning a diverse range of topics and clients
Collaborate with the Client Success Management (CSM) team to understand and define client needs, providing appropriate platform guidance and solutions
Present detailed platform information and benefits of the Cleverbridge system to a wide array of clients, including business managers, developers, technical architects, and executives
Engage cross-functionally to leverage available resources and keep Sales and Customer Success partners informed on customer interactions
Contribute to the team's implementation processes and methodologies
Run and optimize multi-channel GTM experiments, testing new tools and automation strategies to improve efficiency and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC)
Act as the initial point of contact for prospects and qualify leads through consultative selling and the application of BANT criteria
Be a close and strategic partner to sales, marketing, and RevOps, helping to shape the company’s approach to AI-driven customer acquisition

Required

3+ years of experience in a role requiring organization, problem-solving, and frequent communication with internal or external stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders

Preferred

Proven ability to take initiative through independent projects, contract work, or other self-directed learning experiences
Familiarity with data exchanges and APIs, with an understanding of their role in systems integration and process automation
Experience navigating ambiguity to clarify requirements from incomplete ‘customer' requests
