Human Resource Administrator

They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Administrator to manage the employee lifecycle and ensure compliance and accuracy in HR processes.
Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics (new-hire paperwork, system provisioning, compliance checks)
Manage employee changes (promotions, transfers, manager updates, location changes) in HRIS
Oversee offboarding processes including exit logistics, asset recovery, and final documentation
Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed
Maintain HR SOPs, checklists, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate tasks
Ensure compliance with employment requirements and maintain audit-ready records
Handle recurring compliance tasks (I-9 audits, EEO data integrity, ACA tracking)
Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely pay-impacting data (new hires, terminations, pay changes, bonuses, stipends)
Support benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, and employee benefit inquiries
Maintain HRIS data accuracy, permissions, and workflows; safeguard sensitive employee information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of progressive HR generalist/administrative experience
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools/software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, formulas)
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
