Responsibilities
Surpass assigned sales goals
Develop and maintain purchasing and engineering relationships at accounts
Completion of account pre-call preparation work and qualifying
Determine calls to be made, set objectives with local management
Full participation in Sales training
Prepare a daily schedule and monitor achievement level
Be proactive about order follow-up, credit issues, backlog, schedules etc
Aligning the needs of the customer with the needs of the company
Maintain customer profiles, engineering opportunities, and visit reports via CRM
Daily communication to Branch Management and Inside Sales on customer visits, objectives, and achievements
Work as part of a team and understand each customer’s organization, including buying process and patterns
Qualification
Required
4-year college degree
Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Preferred
1-2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of success would be an asset
