Responsibilities
Work independently on requirements gathering, analysis, documenting logical design and functional design
Perform complex VB.Net development and deployment
Oracle PL/SQL programming
Work to keep this system compliant and up to date with ITS standards, hardware, software and security practices
Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs
System troubleshooting and maintenance
Process Help Desk tickets and service requests for its 1200 users statewide
Coordinate and assist Cognos team with report requests
Qualification
Required
Experience (12+ Years)
Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations
This is an 100% Onsite
84 months experience developing N-Tier .net web applications utilizing VB.Net and/or C# 2.0 or above
84 months experience with relational database design & deployment of complex SQL objects, writing PL/SQL writing packages, XML type stored procedures and triggers, all in an Oracle environment
84 months experience writing and developing Web Services or Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
84 months packaging, coordinating and deploying code base through environments including production
84 months experience working directly with customers to identify their business processes, rules, and understand application user requirements and issues
84 months experience utilizing JQuery
84 months experience with Team Foundation Server
84 months experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit testing & leading UAT testing
Bachelor's Degree
