Responsibilities

Build relationships with AI labs and applied-AI teams

Scope custom human-data solutions: talk to customers, understand capability gaps, and turn that into projects

Close deals: you'll own the full cycle from first meeting to signed contract

Be involved in the delivery: coordinate with our ops team to execute projects on time and on spec. They do the heavy lifting but it's important to stay involved

Required

1-3 years experience in human data (RLHF, red-teaming, evals, annotation pipelines)

Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
