Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence
Define electrical engineering standards and best practices for RoBuildX products
Design and implement electrical systems for robotic platforms, including power supply, wiring harnesses, and control circuits
Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and software components
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems in lab and field environments
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for electrical engineering projects
Ensure documentation and reporting for all electrical designs and processes

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Proficiency in CAD tools for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Altium)
Strong knowledge of safety standards (UL, CE) and regulatory compliance
Experience with robotics or automated machinery is highly desirable
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Familiarity with PLCs, motor control, and sensor integration
Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware development
Experience in high-power systems and battery management
