Continuous Improvement Engineering Technician

Eaton is a company focused on continuous improvement within its assembly operations. The Continuous Improvement Engineering Technician will support the Continuous Improvement team by driving initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety through various CI tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Process analysis and improvement and waste reduction
Support and Facilitate Kaizen Events and A3 Problem Solving sessions
Support the deployment of Eaton Continuous Improvement Systems (ECIS)
Visual Management and Standardization through the development and maintenance of visual controls and Standardized work instructions and method sheets for new processes
Data Collection and Reporting of CI Metrics such as OEE, cycle time and cost savings
Training of CI training and culture throughout the facility
Alignment of continuous improvement initiatives with safety and quality standards throughout the facility

Required

Associates Degree or higher from an accredited institution
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
