Responsibilities
Provide executive administrative support services to the Director and the OES Management Team
Function as a point of contact for all Environmental Stewardship personnel so that the office runs smoothly and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Math skills sufficient to keep track of recites, office purchases, financial reporting
Experience with spreadsheets and word processing docs sufficient to create reports, documents and correspondences for all levels of professional staff within the office etc
Experience with database management sufficient to enter data and create complex reports
Customer Service skills sufficient to assess customers requests and research appropriate contacts
Experience with developing administrative and programmatic procedures
Successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and criminal history check
