Building and maintaining relationships with vendor reps and clients to drive renewals and new opportunities
Managing lead lists, renewal portals, and quote/order pipelines for maximum efficiency and sales impact
Working with sales, licensing, and product specialists to process pre/post-sales tasks and deliver exceptional customer service
Developing innovative outreach strategies to uncover new leads and expand our network

Required

Proven experience in outbound sales (inside/outside), call center sales, BDR roles, or business development—comfortable and confident on the phone

Analytical mindset with effortless communication skills

Preferred

Background in hospitality (e.g., server/waiter) or mentoring others to success
