They are currently seeking a Commercial Apprentice (Tooling Technician) to support the production and maintenance of injection molding tooling while learning from experienced technicians.

Responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance and repair of injection molding tooling
Learn and understand the different types of tooling and their functions
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving tooling issues
Participate in tooling changeovers and setups
Perform preventative maintenance on tooling
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Learn and adhere to company quality standards and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
Preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
