TINGE is a beauty startup focused on reimagining body care products. They are seeking an Influencer Marketing Intern to support and execute their influencer and affiliate marketing strategy, create campaigns, and build relationships with influencers and creators.

Responsibilities

Support and help execute the TINGE influencer and affiliate marketing strategy

Create influencer- and community-led campaigns that drive engagement and brand/product awareness

Identify, research, and build relationships with influencers, creators, and MUAs aligned with TINGE

Manage influencer, creator, and MUA seeding and gifting initiatives

Engage and communicate with our extended influencer and affiliate community

Support day-to-day management and optimization of the ShopMy affiliate platform

Assist with planning community- and influencer-focused events (virtual or IRL)

Take on special assigned projects

Required

you are a junior or senior level college student with communications/pr experience

you have a serious love for our brand and will go the extra mile as we grow

you are detail obsessed

you are a self-starter and are known to take initiative and problem solve

you have phenomenal communications skills (both written and oral)

you love using your creativity to create experiences and space for community to feel welcome, heard, + cared for

Preferred

you have experience with affiliate platforms (i.e. shopmy, share a sale, reward style, etc.)
