Responsibilities

Lead and refine the consumer lending strategy while prioritizing exceptional client experiences through the Client Experience department
Set a compelling vision that aligns with the bank's overarching goals, driving growth in key areas like credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, and home equity products
Inspire and guide the team to deliver innovative lending solutions that resonate with clients
Provide coaching and performance feedback to develop a high-performing staff committed to excellence
Collaborate with marketing to ensure lending solutions meet evolving client needs and preferences
Monitor market trends to enhance products and services
Oversee the expansion of credit card offerings, ensuring alignment with the bank's mission and customer demands

Required

A minimum of five years in the banking industry
At least three years focused on lending
Proven ability to lead teams effectively
Ability to manage change

Strong understanding of banking regulations, policies, and procedures within the financial services industry

Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in banking systems

Preferred
