Responsibilities
Seed and annotate broad, unstructured healthcare finance datasets for AI model development
Work with partial models and ambiguous inputs to guide AI learning and refinement
Curate, normalize, and structure healthcare-related financial datasets for machine learning purposes
Provide finance-adjacent context to ambiguous or incomplete data artifacts
Collaborate with team members to iterate on data seeding workflows, allowing structure to emerge over time
Document best practices and communicate insights to improve AI model outcomes
Support evaluation processes by reconstructing or extending partially structured datasets
Qualification
Required
Experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or related financial domains
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with real-world spreadsheets and financial data artifacts
Ability to manage ambiguity and work with limited upfront instructions
Comfortable with iterative data seeding, normalization, and structuring processes
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Eligible to work in the US, Canada, UK, or EU
Preferred
Prior experience contributing to AI training, machine learning, or data annotation projects
Background in healthcare analytics, data science, or related technical fields
Expertise in handling unstructured or complex financial documentation
