Responsibilities
Review and manage complex federal and multi-state tax returns, including 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1040, and trusts
Lead tax planning, projections, and compliance for sophisticated clients
Serve as a primary client contact on select engagements
Review and mentor senior and staff accountants, including offshore support where applicable
Oversee workflow, deadlines, and quality control across engagements
Handle IRS and state notices, audits, and correspondence
Support expansion into higher-end private client and family-office-style work
Qualification
Required
6+ years experience in Tax compliance, Public accounting
3+ years experience in Tax returns
English - Conversational
CPA required
More than 6 years of public accounting tax experience
Strong partnership tax background
Experience with complex, multi-entity structures
Prior experience reviewing work and leading teams
Comfort working in a growing, entrepreneurial firm environment
