Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial real estate space
Independently manage the sales lifecycle – from pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to deal closure
Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events, and cold outreach
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals using FlipSpaces’ technology platform and service offerings
Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction
Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets as set by management
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Qualification
Required
