Lead end-to-end recruitment projects for finance, banking, investment, and accounting roles
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand hiring needs and provide consultative guidance
Source, assess, and recommend top financial talent using human data recruitment methodologies
Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain responsiveness and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Produce clear written reports and communications to inform stakeholders and guide strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Professional experience in finance, banking, investment, or accounting, with a strong understanding of industry trends
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly
Demonstrated project management abilities, capable of executing data-driven initiatives on time
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build productive relationships
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with sound judgment
Comfortable with process improvement, automation, and problem-solving in dynamic environments
Interest in human data recruitment and talent acquisition innovation
Preferred
Exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR processes
Certification in project management or process improvement methodologies
Experience working in remote or distributed teams
