Responsibilities

Lead business process mapping and change impact assessments, including identification of risks and mitigation strategies

Develop and manage action item trackers, readiness task trackers, and workstream plans

Ensure documentation updates are tracked and completed in alignment with readiness plans

Lead operational readiness activities across multiple functional workstreams

Build and maintain project schedules; gather weekly status updates from stakeholders

Identify schedule risks and drive mitigation planning

Develop and present weekly progress dashboards and status reports

Generate, update, and report on readiness trackers and workstream metrics

Lead workstream meetings, working sessions, and functional review sessions

Capture meeting notes, action items, decisions, and risks

Facilitate cross-functional discussions to drive alignment, decisions, and execution

Translate current-state vs. future-state process flows into actionable operational plans
