Hardware IVT Engineer
Nokia is a global leader in connectivity for the AI era, and they are seeking a Hardware Integration and Verification Engineer to conduct unit-level, board-level, and third-party hardware integration for their Space and Defense hardware team. The role involves collaboration with various engineering disciplines, defining testable requirements, and ensuring product verification through comprehensive testing plans.

Responsibilities
Work with Product Architects to define testable requirements that fully define the product hardware
Have direct responsibility for hardware test plans that enable product verification
Cooperate with electrical and mechanical designers and software team engineers to develop a well-considered holistic design
Interact closely with design team members to document product faults and determine the root cause of the faults
Provide weekly reporting of program status within release manager meetings and to management as required
Compile all necessary evidence at P7 and P8 milestones to demonstrate HW design maturity and quality
Champion the testing work needed to effort to successfully launch the product into production
Qualification
Required
US Citizen or Permanent Resident is required
Bachelor's degree in engineering
At least 3 years' experience in hardware IVT taking products to production
Ability to use a wide variety of test automation tools to facilitate timely testing in conformance with specifications
Knowledge of the MN Create process
Customer and 3rd-party test lab relationship management experience
Proficient communication (verbal, written) skills
