Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include leading People Operations functions which includes but is not limited to managing organizational development (processes and procedures), employee coaching and training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, safety and health services, legal requirements and reporting, policy and procedural practices

Enforces and manages personnel programs, including: planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and coordinating

Manage and coordinate the daily functions occurring with Onboarding of New Employees, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Training and Development, Recruitment and Staffing, HRIS Networks, Employment Relations (Job Analysis, Workforce Planning and Competency, Diversity Assessments, Labor Law Compliance)

Assist department managers and corporate staff to develop personnel business plans and budgets

Coordinate and act as liaison with labor counsel and outside government agencies (Department of Labor, Workers Compensation, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, FLSA, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and OSHA)

Lead and development direct reports through coaching, training, and project completion

Promote and lead healthy culture and engagement
