Qualification
Required
A strong technical foundation and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks across the delivery lifecycle
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
Strong analytical thinking and a systems-oriented approach to solving complex challenges
Proven experience leading and developing TPM teams and establishing TPM frameworks
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and guide cross-functional stakeholders toward informed decisions
A track record of driving execution, delivering results, and fostering ownership and accountability
Strong cross-organizational partnership, with the ability to align diverse teams toward shared outcomes
High emotional intelligence, active listening, and deep empathy in team interactions
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
Preferred
Experience designing and delivering data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
3+ years building distributed systems or highly available services, ideally in cloud environments such as AWS
3+ years working on highly scalable mobile platforms or products
3+ years of Agile delivery experience
Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with full ownership of vision and execution
Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering); MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
