Responsibilities

Assigning parking, scheduling badge appointments, and coordinating equipment distribution for the office's state and contracted staff

Working with the Office of Administration's human resource personnel to post vacant positions and recruit candidates

Acting as the intermediary between hiring supervisors and analysts

Maintaining and updating office phone directories, organization charts, and shared folders

Managing telephone systems, coordinating corporate card use, and monitoring multifunction contracts and lease agreements

Completing back-up mail distribution work as required

Required

One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or

One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training

This position requires keyboarding skills to meet standards for speed and accuracy

You must meet the PA residency requirement

You must be able to perform essential job functions
