Responsibilities
Lead preparation and review of 1099s, grantor letters, and state filings
Review trust, estate, and entity tax returns (1041s, 5227s, 990-PFs)
Prepare estate and GST tax returns
Oversee gifting compliance and cost-basis updates
Manage estimated tax payments and coordinate with outside tax preparers
Support trust onboarding, compliance reviews, and complex tax calculations
Educate Relationship Managers on fiduciary tax matters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA required
5+ years of tax preparation experience (trust/estate experience preferred)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
