Oversee budgets, P&L, and financial performance for assigned regions
Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Directors and community leadership teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living
Exceptional financial acumen and strategic planning skills
Experience having oversight of multiple senior living communities across the country

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
