Responsibilities

Drive Sales and Marketing: Lead initiatives to promote targeted applications/products, ensuring achievement of revenue goals through strategic campaigns and client engagement
Market Development: Expand market presence for both new and existing applications/products
Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
Key Account Management: Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key customers to ensure exceptional satisfaction and unlock long-term business growth opportunities
Go-to-Market Planning: Define target audiences and topics for GTM events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Assist in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance profitability
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for business growth in the region
Plan, organize, and participate in conferences, host events, and other marketing activities to promote products and services
Expand Distribution Channels: Identify and pursue new distribution networks and business opportunities to drive growth
Identify, evaluate, and engage local alliance partners to strengthen market presence
Supervise, guide, and train distributors to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with company standards
Collaborate on pre-sales activities and execute channel marketing initiatives to support revenue goals
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to influence decisions and achieve business objectives
Service, manage, and expand existing accounts while developing new ones to meet revenue targets for the company and business unit
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned market segments
Understand and interpret customer requirements, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs
Provide business and technical advice on application service-related matters
Assist in crafting compelling sales pitches and contribute to structuring deals, including financial models for proposals
Participate in evaluating market potential for products/services and assist in preparing sales expense estimates
Any other duties as and when assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Administration, or a related field
Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the IT industry
Proven track record in business development, including strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in leading and managing teams to achieve sales targets
Understanding of trade/customs compliance, customs clearance processes, and logistics technology
Familiarity with government systems (CBSA, CBP, ACE, ACI, IID, ABI) is a strong advantage
Experience in consultative and solution selling for SaaS or digital platforms
Prior experience in selling enterprise-level solutions to freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics service providers, and large import/export businesses
Strong knowledge of North American trade regulations and cross-border processes
Proven track record in business development, with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
Strong team orientation and ability to coach and mentor others
Demonstrated capability to lead and manage teams to achieve sales targets
Expertise in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Skilled in contract negotiation and pricing strategy development
