Responsibilities

Drive pre-owned vehicle sales volume and profitability while ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Recruit, train, coach and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Monitor and adjust vehicle inventory levels, pricing and merchandising to align with market demand
Ensure an outstanding buying experience that fosters repeat business and customer referrals
Develop and execute strategies for online and in-store marketing of pre-owned inventory
Continuously refine sales processes, lead follow-up procedures, and CRM utilization to enhance efficiency
Work closely with wholesalers, auction houses, and trade-in appraisers to optimize inventory sourcing

Required

Minimum 3-5 years of proven success in automotive sales management, preferably in used vehicles
Strong ability to mentor, train and lead a sales team to exceed goals
Strong understanding of vehicle pricing, financing and trade-in valuation
Familiarity with Colorado's automotive market trends and competitive landscape
Proficient in CRM systems, inventory management and pricing
Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining high CSI scores
Ability to analyze market data, sales trends, and financial reports to make strategic decisions
