Responsibilities

An entry-level Helpdesk position that takes all "level 1" support tickets and coordinates elevation if needed
The position will provide assistance ranging from installing new equipment, solving complex operating problems and providing project coordination
Responsible for the management of Help Desk IT Support of hardware and software for end users
Research new technologies to advise end users on more productive systems
And support Office 365 cloud sharing technologies

Required

High School Diploma or high school equivalency
