Workday Systems Analyst

The Workday Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in the Global HR People Systems team, serving as a subject matter expert in Workday US Payroll and Benefits, while also managing system updates and enhancements.

Responsibilities
Optimize Workday payroll configurations (Earnings, Deductions, Pay Groups). Troubleshoot and resolve issues in partnership with the US Payroll Manager to ensure seamless payroll delivery
Configure benefits plans, manage Open Enrollment, and ensure accurate integrations with payroll and third-party vendors
Review Workday release notes, assess impacts, and lead testing and deployment of new features and functionality
Resolve cases across Workday modules promptly, escalating to external partners when necessary
Own assigned roadmap workstreams, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
Partner with People Services to resolve employee queries effectively collaborating to build team capability for enhanced first-line support
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with Workday US Payroll & Benefits, including configuration and reporting
Strong knowledge of HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Performance, and Compensation
In-depth understanding of the US payroll lifecycle
Proven experience in global projects and stakeholder management
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple workstreams
