This role involves overseeing compliance processes, managing audit preparation, and driving policy standardization within the global HR operations team.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement global HR compliance programs aligned with labor laws, pay equity, and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Lead SOX-compliant documentation and audit readiness efforts in collaboration with internal teams
Standardize HR reporting to support IPO-related disclosures (DEI, turnover, workforce composition, etc.)
Automate reporting processes and ensure data integrity in platforms such as Workday, SAP, and Power BI
Drive policy governance across multiple regions, managing the full lifecycle of employment policy updates
Partner with Legal, Risk, and Audit teams to assess and mitigate compliance risks
Present data and insights to executive stakeholders in support of strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
7+ years of HR compliance, operations, or workforce analytics experience
Experience supporting IPO processes or working in a public company setting
Proficiency in HRIS and reporting platforms (Workday strongly preferred, SAP, Power BI, etc.)
Deep understanding of U.S. and global employment law frameworks
Strong auditing, reporting, and process documentation experience
Detail-oriented with excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Personable, clear communicator with strong presentation ability
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (experience may substitute)
HR or compliance certifications a plus
