AET is seeking a Level II Shear Wave Ultrasound Technician to join their team. This role is responsible for performing nondestructive testing inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications, while also assisting in training and mentoring junior personnel.

Responsibilities

Conduct NDT inspections using Level II Shear Wave Ultrasound (UT-SW) and potentially other certified methods (UT, MT, PT, RT, VT)

Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with ASME, ASTM, API, AWS, and other industry standards

Prepare accurate reports detailing inspection results and findings

Assist in training and mentoring NDT Technician 1 personnel

Perform equipment calibrations to maintain accuracy and compliance

Work directly with engineers, project managers, and clients to communicate findings and recommendations

Maintain detailed records and documentation of testing and inspections

Adhere to all safety protocols and site-specific requirements
