Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and actively engage potential clients through digital channels, phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build relationships
Understand client needs to present tailored solutions and conduct virtual product demonstrations showcasing company offerings
Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective lead management through the sales process
Negotiate terms with prospective clients and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, fostering long-term relationships and upselling opportunities
Work with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share feedback, and regularly report on sales activities and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
2+ years of related sales experience
Intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services
Ability to identify, qualify, and actively engage potential clients through digital channels, phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Ability to understand client needs to present tailored solutions and conduct virtual product demonstrations
Experience maintaining an organized sales pipeline using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Ability to negotiate terms with prospective clients and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Ability to work with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and share feedback
