Responsibilities

Specimen Preparation : Machine test samples to exact specifications using lathes, mills, and precision cutting equipment

Mechanical Testing : Conduct tensile, hardness, impact, and other standardized tests following ASTM protocols

Equipment Operation : Operate and maintain machining and testing equipment while adhering to strict calibration and procedure requirements

Documentation : Record measurements, test data, and observations with accuracy—our certifications depend on it

Quality Control : Inspect your own work and verify that measurements meet customer specifications before releasing results
