They are seeking a Global General Management Strategy Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to define and lead the group-wide DEI strategy, oversee the deployment of DEI programs, and strengthen employer branding through an inclusive culture.

Define and lead the group-wide DEI strategy
Oversee the deployment of DEI programs across all entities
Lead the DEI Steering Committee and manage strategic partnerships
Strengthen employer branding through inclusive culture
Measure impact and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Master Degree or equivalent
At least 7-10 years' experience in the DEI management
Trilingual. English mandatory
Legal knowledge on diversity
International experience, having worked and lived outside France
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to synthesize, be autonomous and take initiatives
Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and transversally
You know how to influence and convince
Listening and empathy, sense of service
Communication, written and oral presentation skills
Creativity and an ability to innovate
Ability to animate and develop community & networks (internal/external)
Regularly travelling worldwide
