Design and implement internal tools that leverage LLMs to improve team productivity
Build interfaces between various data sources and LLM APIs
Work with different teams to understand their needs and use cases
Rapidly prototype and iterate on tools based on user feedback and usage patterns

Qualification

Required

Basic understanding of how LLMs work and their practical limitations
Strong communication skills and ability to understand user needs
Self-directed problem solving ability
Some knowledge of AI coding assistants (i.e. Bolt and Cursor)
Experience with web technologies (or some coding maturity to pick them up)
Any kind of experience with any kind of UI/UX design
