Eaton is a leading company in the supply chain sector, currently seeking a Material Handler for their 1st shift team in Waukesha, WI. The role involves managing the flow of materials, including shipping and receiving, while ensuring efficient operations and customer service commitments are met.

Responsibilities

Deliver finished fabricated parts from fabrication area or the e-coat lines to the shipping dock and fills out necessary paperwork

Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound materials

Complete shipment paperwork and SAP transactions for inbound and outbound material

Move pallets of in-process work to where they are accessible to other customers

Keep department provided with pallets and disposed of unusable pallets

Puts parts away in storage racks or floor locations

Dispose of scrap materials to designated scrap locations within the plant

Locate material with proper identification attached and turn receiving paperwork into office

Receive, locate, and ship parts daily to assure proper customer service commitments are maintained

Other duties may be assigned as needed by a Team Lead or Supervisor

Minimum 6 months of previous experience operating a forklift
