Responsibilities

Prepare and review SEC filings, consolidated financial statements, and related disclosures
Perform monthly consolidated financial statement variance analysis for management
Review inputs from internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with SEC and non-GAAP requirements
Monitor new accounting and financial reporting tools and recommend process improvements
Stay current on new and proposed guidance from the FASB, SEC, and other regulators
Analyze new accounting standards and support implementation efforts
Support external audits, including financial statement and footnote disclosures
Prepare reporting schedules for internal stakeholders and auditors
Contribute to special projects focused on enhancing reporting processes and controls

Required

4–6 years of experience in public accounting and/or SEC reporting
Strong U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge
Ability to communicate complex accounting topics clearly to diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Preferred

Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred
CPA preferred
