Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber
Implement BDD practices to enhance collaboration between development and testing teams
Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases
Execute automated tests and report on test results, ensuring high-quality software delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner
Utilize SQL for database testing and validation of data integrity
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency
Mentor junior team members in automation testing best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in automation testing frameworks, particularly Selenium
Proficient in Cucumber and BDD methodologies
Solid understanding of SQL for database testing
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute automated test scripts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
Proven track record of successful automation testing projects
Preferred
Experience with other automation tools and frameworks
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
Knowledge of performance testing tools
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
