Responsibilities
Support a complex government client
Responsible for overall reporting and real-time data analytics for a 24x7 Tier II Service Desk
Work directly with leadership to determine data requirements
Design output formats
Validate results for both ad hoc and scheduled reports used internally
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in a technical support position
Proficiency in writing T-SQL queries (simple to complex) against various Microsoft and Data Warehouse databases
1–2 years of experience with relational database queries and transactions, including stored procedures using SQL Server 2019
Demonstrated experience designing, creating, testing, and implementing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Strong quantitative, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Thorough knowledge of relational database theory and practice
Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Preferred
ITIL 4 certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library V4)
Experience supporting a Service Desk environment, either through reporting or as an analyst
Experience with System Center Service Manager (SCSM)
Experience with Cireson Portal
