LHH is partnering with a fast-growing, industry-leading organization on a search for an Accounting Manager. This role involves managing the month-end close process, leading the accounting team, and preparing financial reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and support the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and oversight of daily operations
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy
Support internal and external audits and related documentation
Partner with FP&A on financial analysis, forecasting support, and variance analysis
Prepare financial reports and schedules for leadership and key stakeholders

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in AccountingCPA5+ years accounting experienceSupervisory experienceAdvanced Excel skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills

Preferred

CPA strongly preferred
Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
