The position involves leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture and providing technical leadership for complex federal implementations while collaborating with government stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the ServiceNow Architecture development, enhancements, and implementations

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies

Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, and lead the development and adoption of new technologies and services

Provide assistance to development teams as needed

Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high-quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes

Lead efforts to optimize the performance and functionality of ServiceNow
