Responsibilities
Collaborate with art directors and other teams to translate design concepts into production-ready artwork
Prepare precise files, including specifications like tight bleeds and scaled layouts
Leverage advanced typography skills to create impactful designs while innovating within brand guidelines
Coordinate the final delivery and packaging of creative assets for production teams
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with a focus on experiential, tradeshow, or large-scale event environments
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator
Portfolio of relevant design samples
Deep understanding of typography and expertise in adapting designs for large-scale production
Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding scaling, file preparation, and production nuances
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to fast-paced, project-based environments
Strong communication and project management skills
