Qualification

Recent graduate or early-career professional
Interest in project planning, project controls, or project management support roles
Ability to maintain accurate project and employee data
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint system or similar data management systems
Strong communication skills to work closely with project managers, finance staff, and leadership
Ability to develop reports that support staffing, workload planning, and business decision-making
