Responsibilities
Mail courier for THD daily
Maintain manual accounting and/or computerized inventory program in shipping and receiving
Receive shipments and initiates the delivery portion of the receiving report; assists other receiving officer with the shipments; and forwards completed receiving report to THD’s Finance Department
Maintain grounds such as picking up trash around the building and in the parking lot, watering, weeding, mowing, removing snow, and maintaining all planters
Troubleshoot, repair, or arrange for the repair of all building systems. These systems include plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. If unable to complete the repairs, is responsible for initiating a maintenance request for repair services
Janitorial work when required
Sort mail
Assist Administrative Assistant with answering Maintenance Helpdesk phone and email requests
Complete required training in support of duties and responsibilities of this position
Other duties as assigned including those required to fulfill activities in support of public health emergency operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Two to three years of related experience required
Valid Oklahoma Driver's License
Use of a computer to enter data
Basic bookkeeping skills
Use of a calculator, and general office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and facsimile machines
Skills in communicating with vendors and in completing forms and/or records
Fundamental knowledge of building maintenance
