Preparing and supporting construction loan draw packages
Tracking loan activity, interest schedules, and project-level costs
Assisting with month-end close, high-volume reconciliations, and financial reporting
Partnering closely with development and operations as projects move through construction and closing
Maintaining accurate general ledger activity tied to multiple active projects
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in construction, development, or project accounting
Hands-on exposure to construction loans, draw requests, and related financing activity
Strong Excel skills and a working knowledge of accounting fundamentals
Someone who prefers an in-office environment and values collaboration and visibility
