Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles supporting the Piketon site and broader Centrus operations
Translate workforce needs into compelling hiring strategies and job postings
Source, screen, and engage candidates through creative outreach and data-driven tools
Guide hiring managers through interviews and selection
Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding
Maintain accurate recruiting data in Oracle Cloud ATS
Strengthen Centrus’s local and national employer brand
Continuously look for ways to improve speed, quality, and the candidate and hiring manager experience

Required

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting multiple job families
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers in an on-site or manufacturing/industrial environment
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Oracle Cloud experience preferred)
Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a 'Q' Clearance

Preferred

Experience recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, or technical operations roles
Familiarity with compliance-driven or regulated environments (e.g., government contracting, export controls, or cleared positions)
Data-driven recruiting habits and comfort using metrics to improve hiring outcomes
Creative sourcing strategies, including use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
Active 'Q' or Top Secret Clearance
