Responsibilities

Configure and support Levridge modules (Commodity Accounting, Scale Tickets, Grower Contracts, Settlements, Ag Retail, Equity/Patronage)

Implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations components tied to agribusiness workflows

Translate business needs into functional requirements and system configurations

Coordinate and support data migration, integrations, and testing cycles

Provide end-user training and documentation for business stakeholders

Work closely with teams in grain operations, commodity processing, accounting, procurement, and retail

Support workflows including grower settlements, inventory tracking, pricing, contracting, and financial reporting

Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and help standardize processes across locations

Partner with IT, Finance, Operations, and external implementation partners

Assist leadership in evaluating enhancements, modules, or new features released by Levridge/D365

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
