Business Service Center Advocate
First Financial Bank is seeking a Business Service Center Advocate to provide exceptional customer support for Treasury Management products. This role involves handling inbound calls, resolving client inquiries, educating users on system capabilities, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Responsibilities
Provides exceptional customer support for Treasury Management products, including online banking, lockbox, cash vault, remote deposit, wires, and ACH origination
Handles 40 inbound calls daily helping with client and internal inquiries
Resolves issues through research
Educates users on system capabilities
Ensures compliance with all banking regulations
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer support skills
Knowledge of Treasury Management products
Experience with online banking (savings and checking accounts)
Familiarity with lockbox, cash vault, remote deposit, wires, and ACH origination
Ability to handle 40 inbound calls daily
Skills in resolving issues through research
Ability to educate users on system capabilities
Understanding of compliance with banking regulations
