Responsibilities
Providing end-to-end solutions as per customer requirements
Leading requirements elicitation
Creating Application Architecture Documents (AAD)
Designing artifacts and reviewing team deliverables
Delivering high-quality code and supporting deployment and post-deployment activities
Assisting in transition activities and interfacing with internal teams and key stakeholders
Analyzing and resolving issues to ensure high-quality deliverables at each stage of the SDLC within defined guidelines, policies, and norms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

Experience in Java/J2EE development experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
Location for this position is Austin, TX. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client location
Preferred
At least 3 years of experience in Java/J2EE development experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
Ability to troubleshoot Java/Java EE applications effectively
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases
Proficiency in front-end technologies: ReactJS, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, CSS
Working knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle
Experience in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
Ability to work with Client leads, Infosys leads, and cross-functional teams to design and develop application features
Strong analytical capabilities, team player mindset, and platform support orientation
Willingness to work under tight timelines with minimal supervision
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
AI/ML knowledge for integrating intelligent features into applications
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for deployment and scalability
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of security best practices for full-stack applications
