Vice President of Sales
Delve Search is a global search consultancy partnered with a rapidly growing European semiconductor equipment manufacturer. They are seeking a Vice President of Sales for North America to drive regional revenue growth and manage customer strategy in the semiconductor equipment sector.
Responsibilities
Owning and executing the North American sales strategy for back-end semiconductor equipment
Driving growth across assembly, test, and advanced packaging customers
Building and managing executive-level relationships with major OSATs, IDMs, and strategic partners
Leading, developing, and scaling the US sales organisation as the business grows
Managing complex, high-value capital equipment sales with long sales cycles
Working closely with European HQ, product management, and engineering teams to align customer needs with technology roadmap
Representing the business at key industry events and with senior customer stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience selling back-end semiconductor equipment (assembly, test, packaging, or related automation)
A strong understanding of OSAT and IDM back-end manufacturing environments
A track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in North America
Experience managing strategic, multi-year customer relationships and key accounts
Strong executive presence with the ability to operate at C-suite and board level
Willingness to travel extensively across the US and internationally as required
