Recruitment Partner
Falcon Smart IT is a recruitment firm specializing in business development and placement services. The Recruitment Partner will identify and win new clients, secure job mandates, and manage client relationships while earning commission based on successful placements.

Responsibilities
Proactively research, approach and win new corporate clients (companies) needing recruitment services
Secure new job mandates (vacancies) from clients (i.e., the client gives us a job to fill)
Negotiate terms of engagement with clients (fee structure, guarantee period, service level)
Liaise with internal recruitment teams to ensure the job mandate is handed over smoothly (once client is onboarded, our team sources the candidate)
Ensure that once a candidate is placed in that client’s job, you receive the agreed commission from the salary/fee
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and job mandates, update CRM / tracking system with status and next actions
Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients for repeat business and referrals
Achieve monthly/quarterly new-client and job-mandate targets
Work to identify target sectors / companies, attend networking events, cold-call, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and meetings
Provide regular updates and reporting on new business development activity (meetings, mandates secured, expected commissions)
Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment consultants, delivery, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth process
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in business development, sales or recruitment (ideally within recruitment industry) — ability to win new clients and mandates
Strong networking skills, confident in cold‐calling, outbound sales, meeting senior decision makers
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‐building skills
Self-starter, highly motivated, target driven, comfortable working on a performance-only model
Good commercial acumen – understands how placement fee structures and candidate salary relate to commission potential
Organised, able to manage pipeline, CRM records, forecasting, and work independently
Preferred
Existing network of corporate clients or hiring managers in a particular industry/sector (e.g., IT, engineering, finance)
Experience or familiarity of recruitment process/market – though your role is primarily business development, understanding the candidate placement side helps
Comfortable with remote/hybrid working and using digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, job-boards, video calls)
Resilient and comfortable in a role where earnings are directly tied to success (so you're motivated by high reward, high risk)
