Responsibilities
Oversee the order processing workflow, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of customer orders
Collaborate with the Head of Sales to identify potential designers to target, providing insights into market trends and customer needs
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery
Update our CRM system with information on customer interactions, preferences, and feedback to nurture ongoing relationships and follow up effectively
Collect customer feedback on their experiences, which can provide insights for product development and marketing strategy
Ensure the customer service team adheres to company policies and best practices while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment
Assist in training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
Assess incoming leads to understand their needs and determine their potential fit as customers
Utilize NetSuite to track sales performance, and handle inventory inquiries
Provide operational support, including basic accounting functions, to ensure smooth business operations
Qualification
Required
Passion for luxury fabrics and wallpaper and an understanding of the industry is mandatory as well as prior working experience in this field
Proven experience in sales or customer service management, preferably in a luxury or textiles market
Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Strong accounting skills and understanding of financial operations
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve sales and operational efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
